MINDBODY BALANCE TOOLS MUSICIANS
PRACTICE EFFECTIVELY, MOVE MINDFULLY, PERFORM CONFIDENTLY

In order to remain mentally and physically in good shape for many years and to successfully master professional and personal challenges, good self-management of your mental and physical condition, a balance of the mental and physical energies, is essential

MINDBODY BALANCE TOOLS MUSICIANS combines mental techniques with bodywork and provides powerful and effective support in achieving well-being, calmness and efficiency on stage. We use the power of internal images, a mindful perception with all the senses, an internal language that is supportive to well-being ... and lots of movement.
Furthermore, we are working on

•    Performance Training: Mental Performance Simulation (M.S.S.),
•    Self-Perception (Proprioception)
•    understanding and knowing where and how the movements take place
