Anné-Marie Condacse
A versatile musician, soprano Anné-Marie Condacse appeared as a recitalist and concert artist throughout the United States of America, Italy, France, Mexico, Egypt, Romania, and Israel. Commended for her expressive singing and remarkable stage presence, Condacse’s opera and concert performance credits include works from the baroque to modern repertoire.
Condacse’s discography includes her latest CDs Por Ti Mi Corazón; Three Centuries of Art Song by Mexican Composers”released by Blue Griffin records, and Anné-Marie Condacse Performing Chamber Music by Felicia Donceanu released by Electrecord label. Furthermore, her premiere of Thomas Sleeper’s Angelus ad Mar appears on the Thomas Sleeper Vocal Music CD.
Anné-Marie Condacse earned her Doctor of Musical Arts in Vocal Performance with a minor cognate area in Vocal Pedagogy and Vocal Science degree from the Moores School of Music, University of Houston, USA, and her Master of Music in Vocal Performance degree from the Shepherd School of Music, Rice University, USA.
Condacse have presented master classes in vocal technique and dramatic interpretation at universities and music festivals in the USA, Italy, Mexico, Israel, Romania, Egypt, Syria, and China. A Fulbright-Botstiber Visiting Professor of Austrian-American Studies in Vienna, Anné-Marie Condacse offered courses at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien on American Opera repertoire. While maintaining an international performing career, Condacse is currently Professor of Vocal Studies at Oklahoma State University in the United States of America, where she received the First Lady of OSU, Distinguished Professor of Music Award.
