Kurt Franz Schmid Awarded Professional Title of Professor
Kurt Franz Schmid who has already been a docent of Wiener MusikSeminar for 20 years was awarded the professional title of Professor in an official ceremony on 8th March 2016 in the Rittersaal of Palais Niederösterreich. The presidium and executive committee are proud of our longstanding docent and would like to congratulate - Professor Kurt Franz Schmid.

End of the Master Classes Winter 2016
The master classes of winter 2016 ended with a great concert of participants on 24th February in the Clara Schumann-Hall of the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. On the same evening vice president of Wiener MusikSeminar, HR Dr. Alfred Willander, was congratulated on his birthday.

Anniversary Concert
In celebration of 45 Years of Wiener Musikseminar the executive committee of our association hosted a gala concert in the University of Music and Performing Arts. Graduates and professors presented a musically valuable and invigorating evening with works by Mozart, Verdi, Donizetti, Puccini, Strauss, Ravel, Chopin...
